Notes 6.x Client Truncates Invitee List of Meetings Created Using 5.x Client

Technote Number: 1159309

Problem:
This issue has been addressed in Notes/Domino releases 6.0.4 and 6.5.2.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.0.4 and 6.5.2 MR fix lists
(available at http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus/):

Calendaring & Scheduling
SPR# PALT5UXSRB - Meeting list is truncated - with the previously invited users
lost and the most recently added user left. This user is also the only person
who will receive reschedules/cancellations. This problem has been fixed in
6.0.4 and 6.5.2.

The only workaround is to re-create the meeting from scratch.

Steps To Reproduce Issue:
1. Using a Notes R5 Client open a mail file based on a R5 mail template.
2. Create a meeting and invite 4 or 5 people to it so there are several people
listed on the To: Line.
3. Save and send the invites.
4. Close the R5 client, then launch a Notes 6 Client and open that same mail
file.
5. Open the meeting and go to the Meeting Invitations & Reservations tab.
6. Notice that there are several people listed on the To: line .
7. Click the Remove button and choose to remove one of the people listed
making sure to note who you remove.
8. Click OK to the following prompt about a notice being sent to the removed
person.
9. Now open the meeting again and switch to the Meeting Invitations &
Reservations tab. Notice there are still several names listed on the To: line.
10. Re-add that person that you just removed to the Invite field, then select
the 'Save and Send Invitations' button.
11. Open the meeting again and switch to the Meeting Invitations &
Reservations tab. Notice there is only the one name listed in the To field;
the person you just re-added to the meeting.
